FirePro is rated by GEN (Global Ecolabelling Network) and can bear a Green Label certificate. The Global Ecolabelling Network (GEN) is a non-profit association of Type 1 ecolabelling organizations as defined in ISO 14024. Their standards cover multiple environmental criteria throughout the life cycle of a product or service and, most importantly, they are transparent in their development process and use independent third-party verification. Their goal is to improve, promote and develop product ecolabelling and trust in ecolabelling programs worldwide.

Every FirePro product is manufactured in accordance with strict international quality and environmental management standards and requirements. Our ISO 14001 certificate is proof that we at FirePro apply a systematic approach to dealing with environmental issues in our organization. This is the most important standard in the ISO 14000 series and it defines the requirements for an Environmental Management System (EMS) for small and large organizations. Issued by DNV GL, an accredited registrar and classification society, the certificate enables our customers to know and trust that we at FirePro actively ensure that our processes, products and services leave a minimal environmental footprint.

The solid FPC compound, developed after many years of research and development, uses environmentally clean potassium salts. We are committed to environmental sustainability in both our technologies and business practices, as we continuously strive to reduce our overall carbon footprint.
