Mari Tech 2025

Our trusted channel partners in Canada, Protection Garvex Inc. and FirePro exhibited at the recent Mari-Tech 2025 event, held from April 22–24 at the Hotel Bonaventure in Montreal, Canada. 

Organized by the Canadian Institute of Marine Engineering (CIMarE) since 1976, Mari-Tech has established itself as the premier event for Canada's marine engineering community. This year’s edition was co-hosted by the CIMarE St. Lawrence Branch and the SNAME Eastern Canada Section, featuring keynote speeches and technical sessions that addressed the industry's most critical topics. Leading experts from both public and private sectors contributed valuable insights and perspectives throughout the event. 

Each year, Mari-Tech attracts over 600 professionals from around the globe, including senior executives, government policymakers (federal, provincial, and territorial), innovators, engineers, and consultants. 

The team from Protection Garvex Inc., together with our Business Development Manager, Craig Nixon, showcased FirePro’s cutting-edge fire suppression solutions and engaged with key industry stakeholders, contributing to discussions shaping the future of the marine sector.
